We're sure you will like your new stove or other products, but if not, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund excluding any paid delivery fees.
Simply contact us via email or phone within 7 days stating you would like to return the item.
You will need to pay for and in most cases arrange the return of the item(s) to be delivered back to us.
If you are not able to find a courier to return the goods to us, we can in some cases get a collection quote from our couriers.
The item must be delivered to the return address on our contact page in the condition it was sent.
